Great product, great value, but the customer service is magnificent! Mary is exceptional, professional, patient, kind, thinks of everything in advance and offers the most support imaginable. Augie came by multiple times to verify that our final design was precisely what we wanted. The installation team lets us participate during the installation and did every small change we requested on the spot, so we were able to guide it, but they are able to do it all on their own. Only thing I wished I knew before hand is that 1-the survey for your house has to be perfectly done and you need to mark your own line (2-3 inches from the neighbor's survey line), we borrowed the surveys from our neighbors to prepare, also 2- wherever they start the positioning of the fence panels is going to determine that the last panel twill be smaller, (they are 8 foot wide so if your property is not a multiple of 8, the last panel will be shorter), so if you want to look at only complete panels, DEFINITELY start the complete panels where you want the complete fence panel view, then the hide the smaller panel where is out of sight. IMHO. Very pleased! Recommend 5 stars!

The installer was on time, did a wonderful job. He also cleaned up and left everything better than he found it.  All Jersey installed my original fence a while back and I was more than satisfied. Considering the supply shortage, the job was expected to start a couple of months after deposit (which seemed to have been the usual start date as per other quotes received). Funny thing here I needed a fence only 3 feet high of course I did what most people do is go to home improvement centers looking for 3 feet the only fences the home improvement center sell is 4feet and higher so I when to All Jersey Fence asked was told he'd have to order I sad fine received a call that it was in asked if they could deliver they did and all is well.
